Our martial arts classes for kids focus on the Korean art of Taekwondo. With athletic kicks, dynamic footwork and rapid combinations, Taekwondo training develops high levels of flexibility and coordination while improving focus and building resilience all in a fun and supportive environment.

Channel your child’s boundless energy into organised classes. Jumping jacks, push-ups, stretching and Taekwondo technique builds muscular strength, flexibility, coordination and cardio-vascular health.

Practice Self Control

Taekwondo techniques are fast and powerful but also precise. Your child will learn how to discipline their mind and body to perform with high levels of coordination, as well as learning mental skills to improve attitude and focus.

Traditional martial art programs are built around respect and good manners. Students will learn to respect teachers, fellow classmates, their parents and most importantly, themselves.

Learn Self Defence

Empower you child with the ability to defend themselves, both mentally and physically. Our martial arts classes for kids teach basic self-defence techniques and street-smart and conflict-avoidance techniques to our students to help resolve problems such as bullying.

Class Details

What is the best age to start?

Your child’s martial arts journey can begin at any age. We have individual classes for each age group so your child will train with their peers and friends. Our adult programs are open to anyone aged 17 or over.

When are the classes?

Classes are held throughout the week, please see our timetable for full details.

What equipment do I need to bring?

You will want to wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing or activewear that is easy to move in. You will also want a drink bottle and a towel on hand.

If you’re joining our online classes, make sure you have enough space to move your arms and legs freely. About 2 meters square is usually enough.

How much does it cost?
