I began my martial arts training in 1993 when I joined an after school Taekwondo class a couple of nights per week. That was the spark that has ignited a deep, lifelong passion for martial arts that shows no signs of slowing down!

Since then, my training has consisted of 2 styles of Taekwondo, Hapkido, Ninjutsu, Tai Chi and Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu and brief experiences with other systems.

Each learning has allowed me to explore the tremendous depth that the martial arts has to offer. The breadth and variety of my study has taught me to value principles over techniques and to appreciate what is common across systems rather than what is different.

This perspective has greatly influenced my practice and by extension my teaching style to focus on the fundamentals of excellent body mechanics and efficiency to get the most out of any technique.

The martial arts have given me so much over the decades. I have met some truly amazing and skilled individuals from all over the world, made friends for life, dramatically improved my health, built my character through hard training and discipline, travelled for competition and built a successful career teaching the mental, philosophical and physical skills of martial arts.

I am grateful every day that I have the opportunity to share the wonderful benefits of martial arts training with people just like you.

Junior Classes

Our junior program teaches Taekwondo and focuses on building focus, character and physical fitness

We have classes Monday to Saturday divided by age group. Check our Timetable for more.

Senior Classes

Our senior programs offer classes in Taekwondo, Hapkido and Fitness Kickboxing. 

We have classes available Monday to Saturday.
